The change of dining tradition is the result of the living speed
of modern society. ‘Convenience’ is what we embraced without a second thought. The single –use food container has changed our attitude towards lifestyle and dining values immensely. They are meant to be easy and forgotten, BUT with consequences. We are sinking into the consumerism current without any resistance. Do we know where are we heading
in this rudderless state?
Happy Meal is meant to be a comment from me as a ceramicist & a person on the shift of modern dining behavior.
