I stopped listening music with earphone half year ago. Before I was addicted so much to shut myself off when I was walking or working everytime. Now I start to listen somebody's talking. Of course mostly I don't understand at all because it's Swedish, it's not my mother tongue. But I try to listen carefully and imagine what they're talking instead of music."
